StitchAndKnitBits wish to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible.
For this reason, if you wish to return any item you have purchased on-line please notify us via email within 14 days of receipt of the goods and include your invoice / order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond to your email with further instructions for your return.
The item(s) should then be returned to us within 7 days of your email request at your expense. Upon receipt we will refund the value of the returned item(s) plus any outgoing postage costs (if any) less any voucher value or discount that was applied to the order. If only a part order has been returned we will not refund the outgoing postage costs.
It is important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and labels, and that it’s undamaged and unused. If the packaging is missing we will not be able to issue you with a refund.
If the return is as a result of our error, we will also refund the cost of return postage.

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage as should a returned package become damaged or lost, we cannot offer compensation. Please remember, proof of postage is not proof of delivery.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of cut products such as fabrics (see below).
Cut Fabrics and Made-to-Measure Items
Please be aware that we are unable to refund, cancel or exchange cut fabrics and made-to-measure items. Also please order the total amount of fabric required for any given project as we cannot guarantee that more than one order will be cut from the same dye batch.
In the unlikely event that goods are faulty or reach you in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify StitchAndKnitBits within 14 days of receiving the goods so that we can try and resolve the problem before you return it. If the faulty item is returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date, we will refund you the cost of postage for returning it. After 30 days you can return the item to us at your own expense.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it for the fault you stated. If the item is not found to be faulty, then we will have to charge you the full cost of sending the item back to you. If the item is faulty we will send you a replacement at our cost or offer you a refund.

We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible. However, please do allow up to 30 days as it is not always possible to process it immediately.
